Multiplacation/Division/Algorithm

We are learning to solve problems with multiplication and division using an algorithm. Example.

 1. How many 4's go into twenty nine and how many left over ,so 7 four's go into 29 and there is one left over.

 2. How many fours go into forty nine and how many left over. So there are 12 fours in 49 and then how many fours are in nine. There  is 1 left over. so that means there are two 4's in 9.

multecultrol week

 This week I have participated actively in a range of learning experience around ‘Multicultural week’

WHAT: I was involved in a range of learning experiences for Multicultural week. I did learn that in Russia there are 9 time zones and they have very fancy undergrounds and a massive university

      

SO WHAT:

I learnt that in Russia there is a house built with no nail’s.

I enjoyed learning about the 9 time zones in Russia.

I was most fascinated by the university in Russia.
